An excellent value 'every day' steak. Our grass fed 'every day' steak has a similar texture to rump but with more bite. The fine texture, marbling and 4 week hanging of our beef means that this is an excellent tender steak that is suitable for frying.
This is a 200 g steak. Everyday steak is cut thin, and is ideal as a flash frying steak for steak sandwiches, or sliced and fried for a few minutes only in a stir fry.
Beef brisket is a traditional beef pot roast roast, with an old fashioned, hearty flavour. The brisket is removed from the bone and rolled to make a small roasting joint.  It is perfect served with Yorkshire Puddings and gravy and makes a full flavoured and good value beef roast. Brisket is a good value forequarter cut from the ribs/belly of the beef animal, and so has a high percentage of fat on the cut, but this is what gives brisket it's beefy flavour and silky gravy. Braising beef is ideal for dishes that require a moderately slow cook. Within just a couple of hours, you'll have tender meat with rich deep flavour.  Perfect for creating the most hearty pies and stews, braising beef is the perfect ingredient when you feel like a casserole, but can't wait all day for it to cook.
Fillet of beef for roasting, or served as Beef Wellington, or for cutting into your own custom sized steaks. Different sizes will be cut from the whole fillet by weight.
We hand make our sausages from grass fed beef and case them in natural sheep casings. A classic versatile beef sausage, delicious with mash and onion gravy.Â
These beef sausages are made with a gluten free rusk (based on rice flour and maize flour) instead of a wheat rusk. Â

Grass fed beef rump (chump) steak
A prime steak cut, tender, juicy, with intense flavour, suitable for frying, grilling and barbecuing.
Rump steak is our favourite steak because of its depth of flavour.  Rump is well marbled - the fat melts away during cooking but bastes the meat to ensure that the cooked steak is juicy and tender. Our rump steak is aged for four weeks to deepen the flavour and tenderise the meat.Â

Silverside has great flavour and is and excellent family roast. It is also the best cut for cold beef. It is a good value forequarter cut, so must be pot roasted by searing briefly then transferring to a heavy casserole and pot roasting slowly in a small amount of liquid (e.g. stock or wine, depending on your recipe) with a lid on the pot. Be sure to keep the liquid topped up - the pot must not go dry. Cooked very slowly this way Silverside will produce a delicious roast beef cut with it's own ready made gravy.
